The dotPocket is able to dynamically reduce the number of colors in the video data that is captured and transmitted from your handheld computer to your desktop/laptop computer. This functionality can increase the performance and/or responsiveness of the remote control functionality.

In order to reduce or increase the number of colors used, select:

• View > Full Palette, or
• View > Reduced Palette, or
• View > Black & White.
